Do I apply separately for university scholarships in Ireland?

It depends on the award. NCI’s master’s merit award and Higher Diploma award are applied automatically if you meet the criteria, and DCU’s engineering and computing award comes with the offer. Others, such as India-specific schemes, need their own application. Ask your counsellor which applies to your course before you accept an offer.

Does the NCI merit scholarship apply to Indian students?

Yes. NCI’s master’s academic merit scholarship is automatic for eligible international applicants, worth up to €5,000 depending on your degree percentage. On a €17,000 master’s that means a possible net fee from €12,000, if eligible. Confirm the current percentage bands on NCI’s official scholarships page.

Which Ireland scholarships can Indian students actually use?
