dMAT exam fee

How much does the dMAT cost?

The dMAT costs €150, roughly ₹16,500, paid directly to g.a.s.t. when you register at d-mat.de. It is a separate charge from the APS India fee, so applicants who need both pay both. The fee covers one sitting on 26 September 2026.

The dMAT fee is not the APS fee

This catches people out. The dMAT is a test administered by g.a.s.t.; the APS certificate is issued by APS India. They are two organisations, two processes and two payments.

Budget for both if the dMAT applies to you. Check first whether it does — a significant share of applicants are exempt and would be paying ₹16,500 for a test they never needed.

Why the rupee figure moves

The fee is set in euros, so what you actually pay depends on the exchange rate on the day and on whatever your card issuer adds for a foreign transaction. Treat ₹16,500 as an approximation, not a quoted price.

AdmitVerse is not affiliated with g.a.s.t. or APS India. Registration happens only at d-mat.de. Facts on this page were last checked against g.a.s.t. and APS India on 15 September 2026; where anything here conflicts with them, they are authoritative.
